The Bunker - Strength & Conditioning
The Bunker is a custom-designed strength and conditioning facility offering daily coached sessions, Monday to Friday, for members with silver or gold memberships.
Class schedule: Mon to Fri 6:30am and Mon to Thur 5:30pm.
The Bunker sessions build strength, respiratory fitness, and general physical preparedness (GPP) through scientifically grounded methods. You can experience the training with a 5-session pass for just $25.
