We offer 3 types of sessions
Strength
The Strength Class is a 60 minute coach-led group class designed to build a foundation of strength grounded in current training scientific methods.
Each class includes:
- PREP – A targeted warm up, mobility & activation
- BUILD – Primary compound lifts following a progressive overload methodology
- PROTECT – Accessory movements design to build a strong foundation & protect from injury
- GROW – Optional extras for those wanting a little more
Conditioning
The Conditioning Class is a 60 minute coach-led group class designed to build your anaerobic & aerobic energy systems. The program is grounded in goal oriented training blocks with each new training block starting with a test week.
Each class includes:
- PREP – A targeted warm up, mobility & activation
- ENGINE – 30-40 minutes of interval based conditioning work built around rowing, riding & running
Hybrid
The Conditioning Class is a 60 minute coach-led group class that aims to build GENERAL PHYSICAL PREPAREDNESS (GPP) by utilising all training methodologies to increase movement efficiency & prepare you for anything.
- PREP – A targeted warm up, mobility & activation
- BUILD – Primary compound lifts following a progressive overload methodology
- SPRINT- 8-16 minutes of interval based conditioning incorporating ergos, dumbbells, sandbags & kettlebells
