Meet Francis Tungcol

Francis has a diverse background, with roots from the Philippines and a childhood spent in Canada. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and completed his Master’s of Professional Kinesiology from the University of Toronto before pursuing his passion for movement and rehabilitation. Francis completed his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at the Flinders University in 2020, a Flinders University alumni.

With over five years of experience in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and strength coach, Francis is dedicated to helping his clients achieve their health and wellness goals. As a physiotherapist, he employs a hands-on approach to therapy, combining manual techniques with personalized exercise programs to optimize his clients’ recovery and performance.

Francis is committed to providing holistic care by collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive treatment plans. His mission is to educate and empower his clients to take control of their health and well-being, promoting an active and pain-free lifestyle. He actively engages in community outreach to share his knowledge and skills in physiotherapy.

Outside of work, Francis enjoys staying active by hitting the gym, running, and playing basketball. He finds solace in nature, whether it’s walking along the beach or hiking in the wilderness.
