2025 UniSport Nationals - Athletics

In 2025, Athletics will be hosted from Tuesday 22nd April - Thursday 24th April at the Gold Coast Performance Centre, Queensland and will be contested in both men's and women's track and field events. Multi-class events will also be offered in the competition.

Event Details:

Location: Gold Coast, QLD
Date: Tuesday 22nd April - Thursday 24th April 2025
Cost: All registration, flights, and accommodation are to be organised and booked at your own expense. If there are multiple students attending this event it is recommended they stay at the same accommodation to save costs on ground transport to and form the event. Please reach out to Cameron: cameron.taeuber@flinders.edu.au to discuss any travel arrangements. If you are a member of the FUSF Athlete Development Program please let us know as you are eligible to apply for financial support.
Uniform: Flinders University Sport & Fitness will provide you with a uniform that will need to be returned post event. You will however,  also receive a travel polo to keep for yourself.  

Registration Deadlines:

• Early Bird registration $155 close Sunday 2^nd March
• Standard Registration $180 close Sunday 30^th March
• Late Registrations $230 close Tuesday 15^th April

We would love to have you represent Flinders University in this event. To register for this event, you must complete the FUSF Registration below and then also the UniSport Registration below:

As a Flinders University student, FUSF will require you to action the following steps:

Step 1 –Sign the attached – 2025 Participation Agreement

Step 2 –Complete the Personal Information form

Step 3 - You will receive your team code that you will need to use to register through the UniSport Australia Registration

Step 1: Contact your University Team Manager (UTM) to discuss representing your university and receive your team code.

Heptathlon & Decathlon

Heptathlon and Decathlon events will not be held at Nationals Athletics. However, results from the Australian Athletics Championships (10-13 April 2025) will be counted towards Nationals Athletics.

Please complete the form below if you are university student competing in the combined events at the Chemist Warehouse Australian Athletics Championships and want your results to be counted towards your university's point score.
